Seanix Offshore Services Limited was incorporated in 2015 under the Companies and Allied Matters Act of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. With operational bases in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, and Abijo, Ibeju-Lekki, Lagos, we are strategically positioned to support key industry hubs.


The company was established by knowledgeable and experienced professionals in the oil and gas industry to provide value-added services across upstream and downstream segments, as well as mining and marine operations.


We focus on fit-for-purpose solutions — listening carefully to client needs, understanding field challenges and delivering safe, efficient and technically sound services that help reduce operational costs and extend asset life.

Our team combines extensive industry experience with strong technical backgrounds. We deploy geoscientists, drilling and completions engineers, well intervention specialists, project engineers, mechanical engineers and certified inspection personnel (IRATA, NACE, ASNT, API, AWS and more).

This depth of expertise enables us to assemble project teams that match specific client requirements and deliver assignments safely, efficiently and with technical excellence.
